O Curso de Iniciação Musical na Escola de Música de Blumenau (SC) na década de 1970

O Curso de Iniciação Musical foi implantado na Escola de Música do Teatro Carlos Gomes de Blumenau, SC, em 1971. O presente estudo teve o objetivo de investigar o processo de reformulação pedagógica ocorrido na década de 1970, que culminou com a implantação da Escola Superior de Música de Blumenau e do Curso de Iniciação Musical, ambos sediados na Sociedade Dramático-Musical Carlos Gomes. Alicerçado em fontes primárias, entrevistas com ex-professores, ex-alunos e fontes bibliográficas, este estudo visou, também, contribuir para o resgate dos fatos históricos ocorridos durante esse período nessa instituição tão representativa da cultura blumenauense.

The musical initiation of Blumenau´s music school in the 1970´s

The Musical Initiation program was implemented at the Carlos Gomes Theater´s Music School, in Blumenau, SC, in 1971. The following article had the goal of investigating the educational overhaul process that took place in the 1970’s, which culminated with the implementation of the Superior Music School of Blumenau and of the Musical Initiation Program, both having headquarters in the Drama-Music Society of Carlos Gomes. Based on primary sources, interviews with former teachers, former students and bibliographical sources, this research also sought to contribute to the revival of historical facts that occurred during this period in this institution, which is so representative of the culture of Blumenau.
