Linguagem e socialização: o trabalho musicoterapêutico em pessoas com afasia

Este artigo teve como objetivo investigar os resultados do trabalho musicoterapêutico para a promoção da socialização da pessoa com afasia. Para isso foi realizado uma revisão bibliográfica sobre as temáticas “linguagem e socialização” e “musicoterapia e afasia”. A valorização dos aspectos subjetivos envolvidos na afasia foi defendida, na compreensão de que o relacionamento social é, frequentemente, prejudicado por esse distúrbio. A partir da realização de uma entrevista semiestruturada com os familiares de uma pessoa com afasia que participou de atendimentos musicoterapêuticos no Centro de Atendimentos e Estudos em Musicoterapia “Clotilde Leinig” - CAEMT/UNESPAR foi possível constatar que a musicoterapia, de forma direta e indireta, é uma importante aliada no tratamento da afasia, pois a partir da reabilitação da linguagem, assim como da abertura de novos comunicação, contribui para a promoção da socialização.

Language and socialization: the music therapy work in people with aphasia

The aim of this study was to investigate significant achievements in music therapy treatment to promote the socialization of the person with aphasia. For this a literature interview related to "language and socialization" and "music therapy and aphasia" were reviewed. The subjective components of aphasia were defended, understanding that the social relationship is often impaired by this disorder. A semi-structured interview was conducted with the relatives of a aphasia person who participated in music therapy appointments at Consultations and Studies Center in Music Therapy "Clotilde Leinig" - CAEMT/UNESPAR established that music therapy, directly and indirectly, is a powerful ally in the treatment of aphasia since the language rehabilitation, and also the accessibility to other ways to communicate, contributes to social reestablishment.
