A autonomia e a formação inicial de professores de música

Resumo

este artigo traz como proposta considerações a respeito da promoção da autonomia na formação de professores de música, tendo como base as concepções defendidas por Angel Pérez Gómez (1995) e a Teoria da Autodeterminação (Deci, Ryan, 1985). O texto apresenta algumas perspectivas metodológicas utilizadas em um curso de licenciatura em música no Estado da Bahia, nos componentes curriculares Canto Coral I, Expressão Corporal, Regência Coral II e III, Prática de Ensino I, II e III e Fundamentos da Educação Musical I, II e III. As atividades realizadas evidenciaram um maior envolvimento e interesse por parte dos estudantes, ao oportunizar o desenvolvimento de uma atitude docente consciente, crítica e autônoma.

Autonomy and the initial training of music teachers

this article presents considerations concerning the promotion of autonomy in music teacher training, based on the concepts defended by Angel Pérez Gómez (1995) and the Self-Determination Theory (Deci, Ryan, 1985). The paper presents some methodological perspectives focusing on the development of autonomy in the training of music teachers. The aim of the work was to take the student to develop an autonomous attitude as an essential part in the development of their skills.The activities were developed in an undergraduate course in the State of Bahia, in the curriculum components Choir I, Body Expression, Choir Conducting II and III, Teaching Practice I, II and III and Foundations of Music Education I, II and III. The results showed a greater involvement and interest of students, providing the opportunity for developing a conscious teaching attitude, critical and autonomous, through realization of teamwork, group decision making, articulation between theory with practice. The experience approached situations of everyday profession and created opportunities for the appreciation of the teaching profession.
